Shipping & Delivery
Diaper Cakes Avenue uses third-party local courier services for all delivery within Singapore. FREE local delivery within Singapore every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday for all hamper orders above S$68 nett.
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to the following reasons:
- Incorrect shipping / delivery address provided
- Recipient is not at delivery address (e.g. nobody at home) during time of delivery and we are unable to contact either the sender or recipient for further advise on whether to leave the gift at the doorstep
Your order will then be sent back to our office. Redelivery will be chargeable at an additional S$15.00 per trip. We will endeavour to redeliver your order within the next 1-3 working days.
Self Collection
Self collection is available every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 12pm – 3pm at our office at 67 Ubi Crescent #02-03 Techniques Centre (S)408560.
Our office is closed on weekends and public holidays. To arrange for self-collection, please email us at hello@diapercakeavenue.com or contact us at +65 9039 0193 if your request is urgent.
Returns & Refunds
We will make a 1-to-1 exchange or replacement if the product delivered is faulty, incomplete (e.g. missing balloon) or the wrong product is delivered, by accident.
The returned product must come with its original tags and in the original packaging. We accept exchanges within 7 days after the customer receives the item.
Before returning the product, please email us at hello@diapercakeavenue.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then guide you on the procedure for goods return/exchange.
Please do not return the goods without first informing us, as sometimes only some technical advice is needed.
For returned goods, the customer will bear the return delivery charge to us and we will pay the delivery charge to send the exchanged item back to the customer. Please ensure that your package is insured and prepaid. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Goods returned should be in the same condition as when the complaint was first made or they will not be accepted for exchange.
An exchange is strictly for the same item. If the required item is “currently unavailable”, customers may

- Or, request a refund
